By using LoanQualifications.com, you agree to these terms. We are not a lender and do not make lending decisions. We connect you with third-party lenders. All loan terms, rates, and conditions are set by individual lenders.
You must be at least 18 years old (or 19 in applicable provinces/states) and a legal resident of the United States or Canada to use our service. You consent to being contacted by lenders via phone, email, or SMS.
Service Description
LoanQualifications.com operates as a loan matching and comparison platform. We collect information from users and share it with our network of lending partners who may be able to provide loan offers. We do not guarantee that you will receive a loan offer or be approved for any loan.
Privacy
Your personal information is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption and handled in accordance with PIPEDA (Canada) and applicable US state privacy laws. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
